Relax, Reset & Feedback

This is the time to relax, learn from the previous arrow, and then move on.

Once an arrow is shot in the end, there is nothing you can do to improve it, so do not dwell on a “bad” arrow, other than to learn from it what you can, and move on. Concentrate on the positive.

Try to understand what happened if the result is not what was expected but leave it at that. Do not try to compensate for a bad shot. It will get into your head and become a distraction.

Shoot one arrow at a time.
